We worked with the University’s top team to define the corporate culture required to deliver the University’s ambitious plans for the future. We did this by talking to University students, staff and governors, together with a range of external stakeholders, to understand the opportunity to evolve the current culture, whilst retaining the characteristics that make Northumbria special.
We subsequently delivered a series of workshops for the top team to define a change programme including communication, training and process improvements to support the move towards the new culture.
