Microsoft UK asked us to improve the talent identification process used to select individuals for entry to their global high potential programmes.
We developed an objective and robust selection process which combined Microsoft’s own leadership competencies with cda’s Leadership Talent Factors.
We developed an assessment process for Microsoft’s ‘Emerging Leader’ group, which combined a bespoke etray exercise, personality questionnaire, development centre and feedback session.
