Jaguar Land Rover asked us to work with them to develop a medium term strategy and structure for their Global Training Academy, responsible for training for JLR Retailers around the world.
We defined the organisation structure and job roles and subsequently facilitated a series of workshops for the top team to develop relationships and team working.
