We worked with Heineken to develop a medium–term HR strategy to deliver measurable uplifts in staff engagement, competence and performance.
As part of the strategy, we helped the business to develop and implement the ‘STAR’ Business Competencies and performance management process. These were supported by microlearning workshops and an online Development Guide focused on key competencies.
We also led the work on the organisation’s talent management and succession planning processes, including the development and delivery of development centres for high-potential staff.
Towards the end of this programme of work the Heineken team won Scotland’s HR Network Award for the ‘Learning and Development Team of the Year’.
